USAR produces wire to extremely precise dimensions, with capabilities down to less than 60 microns (0.00235”). Our melting processes include both induction and vacuum induction methods. Each melt is analyzed in-process and post-production using Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) to ensure the highest quality and material integrity.
