SMS Terms and Conditions – USAR Employee Reminders

Program description
USAR Employee Reminders is a text-message program run by U.S. Assets Recovery, LLC (“USAR”) for its employees. When a required daily report (for example, a department safety checklist or a driver log) has not been submitted in the company’s apps on time, the responsible employee receives one automated reminder text from +1 (888) 214-0649.
Who receives messages
Only USAR employees who provided a mobile number to the company and agreed to receive these reminders. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of employment.
Message frequency
Typically no more than one message per workday, Monday through Friday. No message is sent when reports are submitted on time.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to +1 (888) 214-0649 at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent. Reminders will be handled by email or in person instead.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
