This policy covers the text messages (SMS) that U.S. Assets Recovery, LLC (“USAR,” “we,” “us”) sends from +1 (888) 214-0649 under the USAR Employee Reminders program, which reminds employees to submit required daily reports in the company’s apps. It explains what information we use for those messages, how we use it, and your choices. These messages are sent only to USAR employees who have agreed to receive them.
Information we collect
To send these messages we use your name, your mobile phone number, your role or department, and whether your required daily reports have been submitted in the company’s apps. We also keep a record of the messages sent, their delivery status, and any STOP or HELP replies.
How we use it
We use this information only to send automated reminders when a required daily report has not been submitted, and to honor opt-out requests. We do not use it for marketing.
Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS consent. Your number is shared only with our messaging service provider, which delivers the messages on our behalf, and with the mobile carriers as needed to deliver them.
Your choices
You may stop receiving these messages at any time by replying STOP to +1 (888) 214-0649. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the address below.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies, typically no more than one message per workday. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version.
